I actually don't remember the initial miniseries much (even though I apparently did watch it, my dad was a big sci-fi geek too and made us), which may have been quite good, but I do remember the series that came after, especially as it rerun only a few years ago, and that was quite cheesy. But yeah, a lot of white-mouse-eating.
