New Comic Day & Wooooo!!
New Comic Day today. Light week this time. I got:
Birds of Prey #73 (good, but a bit disappointing as a conclusion)
Uncanny X-Men #448 (not bad, if a bit silly in concept)

I also picked up a copy of 'Beggars in Spain' by Nancy Kress at a used bookstore, I've heard decent things about it. And, a gyro for lunch.
Oh, and a few more used comics
The used bookstore had a new rack of a whole bunch of old comics. Flipping through it, I managed to get Starbrand #9, and Starbrand Annual #1 (the only one). That completely rounds out my Starbrand collection, so now I have complete runs of Psi-Force, DP7, and Star Brand out of the New Universe. They had a bunch of other stuff that I might flip through in the future.
The big news though was when I got home. Finally, I got a response to my e-mail to Gail Simone. She's agreed to a short e-mail interview for The Unreachable Star. Woooo!
