Well, I suspect that it probably means the zombie outbreak is mostly confined to your area. I think you're the only one on my friends list in England, so you're the only one that got nuked. ;)

I would be offended by the insinuation if I didn't just find out it only gives me a 6% survival against zombie hordes, so perhaps it really isn't all that sharp.
