New Word of the Day: Theam

Theam - not quite a dream, but a state of semi-consciousness with thoughts almost obsessively surrounding a couple of factors. (It's a homophone for 'theme', since all the thoughts tend to revolve around a theme).

I've talked about having this before, but only today did I decide to name it. Had it again last night, due to the damn heat. The theam was on Serenity the movie, more or less, although all sorts of weird alterations and such to it.

Anyway, off for work and new comic day.

New Comic Day and Work

This week I got:
Batgirl #65 (Pretty enjoyable)
Batman Allies Secret Files 2005 (one good story and 2 okay ones)
New X-Men Hellions #2 (of 4) - (pretty good, nice insight to the
characters and not as hokey as I feared)
Outsiders #25 (beginning and the end were very good. Middle okay)
Runaways #5 (Not quite as good as usual, but still my Pick of the Week).
X-Men #172 (Bleh, I'm already rating Milligan worse than Austen)
Young Avengers #5 (Pretty good)

I also picked up (but haven't yet read), Y: The Last Man book 1: Unmanned.

Had a Whopper for lunch. Work was not terribly pleasant. Hot, sweat was pretty much pouring off me. Ah well, over with now.
