Bunch of dreams, in part because it was hard to sleep with the heat.
Only one I can remember clearly was being on a field trip with a bunch of people from school (even though I'm no longer in any school I still dream occasionally that I'm in high school). We were wandering around through a mall, and suddenly the teacher wanted us to all sit in the patio of a cafe so we could take a picture of us having dinner... we weren't actually going to be having dinner, she just wanted a picture of us all seated around tables as if we were. I rolled my eyes, but figured I couldn't get out of it so tried to seat myself in a position that wouldn't be captured on camera, so I could participate as little as possible in the deception. Then, I switched my perceptions... kind of like how I do online, opening up another window and doing stuff that. I can't remember what I was doing, but I remember that I was gone long enough that I was noticable 'idle' in the cafe.. to the point that they thought I'd gone into a trance, and had to lift my whole chair to take me out towards the bus home. The bus turned out to be a roller coaster, and it was dangerously unsafe - there were loose nuts and bolts, and I looked behind me and saw a person fall off the back and hold on by a rope or something. Then, later, there was a crash. I was thrown clear, but the roller coaster had fallen into this lake, and not only were there likely people still locked in their seats, there were also kids or something in the lake that the roller coaster fell on. So I held my breath and dived in trying to rescue anyone I could... I brought up a few people my first try, then dived again and lost my breath and had to resurface... about that time I woke up.
