Belated New Comic Day
Oct. 7th, 2004 05:00 pmThis week I got:
NYX #5 (good but too long between issues and no more Middleton art)
Teen Titans Legion Special #1 (ehhh, don't really care)
Uncanny X-men #450 (neat start, though a bit cornball at times)
Complete reviews, as always, at http://www.unreachablestar.net
Also picked up 'Foundation's Edge' by Isaac Asimov at the used book store (1983 Hugo winner)
And of course, had gyro for lunch.
Didn't post yesterday because was busy with silly assignment for school.
I still hate Eiffel. During this assignment, I didn't attempt to run my code once.... I just didn't want to load up the stupid GUI estudio program. I like to get into the guts of code, just edit it directly, and run it from a command line. I don't like feeling elevated above my code like that program does.
And also I'm in another 'just don't care' phase.
So, what I get, I get. Ah well
