New Comic Day... AND NOTHING ELSE

Astonishing X-Men #20 (My Pick of the Week, some very nice action bits)
Ultimate X-Men #79 (An enjoyable quieter issue although the ending soured me a bit)
Full reviews up as usual at my comic reviews site for anyone interested.
Skipped lunch. Also, despite it being cold out and lots of snowy, I did not take the bus. I was outside walking for about 2 hours. Because I am manly.
Also, I had my Beard +2/+4 vs. Cold, so that helped.
In order to celebrate my manly walk through the cold, I purchased a bag of Doritos new Tandoor Sizzler. Also because I was curious. I've never had Tandoori stuff before. Hopefully it'll be good. That Chili/garlic one last week was kinda disappointing. Okay, but nothing special. Let's hope this one's better.
There. I resisted talking about Valentines Day... DAMNIT! Okay, well, I resisted an angsty post about it, at least!

Date: 2007-02-16 02:35 am (UTC)Sweet Chili Heat's not bad... I enjoyed it when I tried it. But really, the only Doritos that I've ever really had a 'mmmm, gotta have some of those again' craving for was their Bold BBQ. I don't know if they still make it or not, but mmmmmm.
