Urge to kill, rising...

newnumber6Grrr. So today's the big cleanup day. Life turned upside down, all my stuff pulled out from wall, rearranged and grrr. One of my biggest pet peeves is people in my room (of course, it that peeve is 1000x worse if they're in my room when I'm not there, so I've gotta stuck around).
What's more, while cleaning I had to endure various of my other pet peeves, such as people whistling or speaking in foreign accents in an attempt to be amusing. Not to mention being told that I have to fix things so it's less cluttered. I'm hopefully leaving in 2 frelling weeks, can't it keep that long? Feh. Had to squeeze my fists so many times to avoid saying something.
During a brief break when it was agreed nobody would be doing any more work, I let my urge to kill subside a little as I met my brother and his girlfriend, so we could both look at that place that he found. It's a bit small, but definately livable, and it's away from here. Situated fairly well transit wise.
We still don't know if we're going to get the place. The conversation with the landlord and lady seemed to go well enough at least, so far the other people who've come to look were interested in moving in June, and we want May, which is good for them because they get an extra month's rent. And they allow pets (Bro and his GF have a cat), so, yeah.
But, we don't know yet. Cross our fingers, I guess.
