newnumber6A bit weirder than usual..
I remember flashes from a whole bunch... one about a city creating people, or 'avatars' to speak for them and exemplify them (Las Vegas would be a gambler, etc). Another where for some reason I stopped by the Canadian Forces College that I worked for a few years back over the summer, and a bunch of the people I remember from there were still working.
The one I remember most vividly had me in a grocery store. The aisles were cramped though. So, a bunch of kids passed by me, and I started to notice there was something wrong with each of them. Some had huge bandages over them, some were bleeding from their eyes or other weird areas, some had massive scarring, etc. They all seemed happy enough, they just looked horrible. Then this adult came past, and she had a face full of tumors and there was another with some weird skin-peely thing. They explained that they were part of some charitable organization advocating for the disfigured by accidents or disease, and that they were all out on a 'fun day'. Suddenly, the grocery store was a partly an amusement park, with rides everywhere. Except, nobody else was around, freaked out by all the disfigured kids and adults, they all left. I was a little uncomfortable around them myself, not knowing where to look or anything, but I didn't want to run off too or anything, it wasn't right and would just make them feel worse about themselves, so I hung out with them and did my best to just treat them as average people.
No idea what that one means.
