newnumber6First, I voted today in the provincial election. I feel so dirty, like I've participated in a system I've sworn to destory! Ah well.
Anyway, the family stuff. My brother is now in Toronto. I haven't seen him yet, but my Dad has, and apparently he's doing okay and sporting a sort of wolveriney look like the movie, though much thinner. Will probably see them sometime this weekend.
More disturbingly, just learned, through my dad through my brother that my Mom's apparently in Afghanistan now... which is slightly worrisome. Today 2 Canadian soldiers were killed, and three were wounded there. She wasn't among them (they posted the names), but there was a moment of worry. I'm sure everything will be okay, but, meh.
