Okay, yes, for those of you who didn't click on the website, the XET thing was an April Fools joke. Sorry. However, what I didn't expect was the people who seemed to be genuinely disappointed that it was (and that I'd been smacked, kicked, and stabbed multiple times online after it). And that starts me thinking crazy thoughts... I haven't had thoughts this crazy since the toaster told me I should take over the world. But that's not important right now.

Since it's no longer April Fools, I thought I'd ask the question. Keeping in mind that it was a hoax (and so none of the preparations are in place, there's no staff yet, and that what I made up in terms of new policies and events during the 1 year gap may or may not come to pass since there should probably be discussion about it)...

Normally, I'd be all about 'It probably won't work, but let's try anyway' but I think that with as long as the game's been gone, bringing it back is likely to attract the really die-hard XET fans, and that's probably going to mean a more dedicated playerbase who will stick thing sout in the long run.

At least that's my theory. Either way, I'm totally in, if you'll have me.

I'd be up for it, yeah. Don't think I'd want to staff again, not because I didn't enjoy being on staff last time around, but just because I'm pretty much burned out enough on the MU* staffing thing to not want to take on new duties in that regard.
