Weird ones, involving time travel, and plots to destroy humanity or something.

Okay... it started with my alternaljournal. Sorta. Actually, it started with my somehow having come back from my alternaljournal. I just woke up, and I was home... except, somehow, I was in the past. In fact, I was back in Junior High. I wandered around a bit, trying to find friends from those days, and also confused about what I was going to do about the future, since I knew things about it others didn't. Like how our evil teacher Emma Frost was going to become goodish and join the X-Men (yes, it made perfect sense in the dream).

Anyway, the dream sort of jumped along a bit until I learned that there was a big conspiracy going on that threatened the whole world.. I didn't know exactly what it was, but I kept getting cryptic clues (which I remembered immediately upon waking up, but don't now), and somebody was arranging to meet me in darkened areas to give me more information. By this time I'd grown up some. I think part of it involved the Stephen King short story The Mist, somehow... not it actually being involved, but that being connected to what the people behind the conspiracy were doing.

Shrug. Made much more sense in the few seconds immediately after waking up.

Dude, The Mist is such an awesome story. Awesome. All Last Stands against hordes of Lovecraftian horrors should take place in supermarkets, for sure.

Heh... yeah, I know. I liked so much I ripped it off fodid a homage of it for an XET plot, the whole Rutland thing. :). Although I don't think the dream had too much to do with it, just a sort of "If the conspiracy succeeds then the world will look like that story The Mist" warning type thing.
