New Comic Day!
Apr. 20th, 2005 06:49 pmBig week this time around, I got:
Birds of Prey #81 (okay, but not too interested in the plot)
Cable & Deadpool #14 (some really funny bits, good as usual)
Ex Machina #10 (like the supernatural horror aspect, which gets the focus here)
New X-Men #12 (enjoyable, like how dense it feels)
Robin #136 (mostly unmemorable, with one or two nice bits)
Runaways #3 (My pick of the week, great lines and moments)
Teen Titans #23 (okay but probably more for long-term fans who care about all the old Titans)
Uncanny X-Men #458 (Bored of the Savage Land by now)
X-Men #169 (Still not liking this arc at all)
Young Avengers #3 (Quite enjoyable, my second favorite this week)
Full reviews as usual at http://www.unreachablestar.net
Had 2 double hamburgers for lunch - McD's 50th anniversary sale, for only $2, not bad.
Work was a bit bleh, harder than usual.
