Work Foo

Had work today of course. I can now add -10 C to the range of temperatures that the walk to and from work isn't so bad. No significant wind this time, which makes a big difference.

Heard that one of the people I used to work with, who moved to another store, got fired. Apparently he accused the manager of stealing, the manager accused him, and since he didn't have any proof and the other guy had more seniority, they fired him. I don't know the guy (well, either of them) well enough to say he _didn't_ steal, but it doesn't seem like him anyway. I'd have figured if he got fired for anything it'd be sexual harrassment. ;) Still, shame, he was a fairly nice guy aside from 'talking smack' all the time.

I think I had something else I was going to talk about, but I just woke up from a few hours nap and so can't remember anymore. Ah well.
