Dream Foo, with Geek Guest Stars!

newnumber6This was a sort of weird one.
Started out in high school. Except it wasn't a normal high school. For example, there were movies in the washrooms. And there was some sort of violent cult going around. They'd storm into the bathrooms, and if they caught you watching one of the movies they didn't like, they'd beat the hell out of you. (No idea what movies they liked or not, that's lost to the morning memory thief).
Anyway, they stormed in to the bathroom I was in, but I was able to convince them that I was _just_ going to the bathroom, that this was the nearest one and I really had to go, and it wasn't about the movie, so they let me go, but they were beating up someone, and I went to try and tell the authorities of the school that someone was getting beat on. Along the way, I encountered someone, a student, who apparently I thought had the power to stop it but who was too afraid to, and I confront ed him about it... can't remember exactly how, but it was very dramatic. So dramatic, in fact, that it turned out, all of this was just a bunch of people filming a movie. Suddenly, we were all student actors on a field trip (in Hong Kong of all places). We were walking around and talking and one of my dream-friends asked if I got my assignment back, saying he lost two points, and I said I hadn't even heard it was being handed back.. but I met one of my teachers who handed it back and I got perfect, and said something to the effect of 'good work, I won $5 on that', implying that he somehow bet I'd get perfect. And then as I walked away, I said something to the dream-friend like, 'that's the second teacher who's said they bet on me getting perfect'. He asked who the first was, and I pointed way over there and said, "Fabian Nicieza." For those who aren't total comic geeks, he's a comic writer, currently on Cable & Deadpool, although some of his early work was Psi-Force, from one of my favorite failed universes.
Anyway, because of an old comic & SF Interview show that aired in Canada that I used to watch all the time, I know what he looks like, and in the dream he looked much the same way (although IRL he no doubt looks somewhat older, the show was something like 15 years ago), I went up to talk to him, first about school stuff, and then later I managed to say something about how I was really fond of his comics. That was about where I woke up, and no I have no idea where pretty much any of it came from.
Also had a Wild Cards dream. Can't remember too much of it. We were on Takis with Tachyon, and somehow Blaise learned that his child (with Tach's current body) was there, and captured it while we were trying to avoid him. That's about all I can remember.
