New Comic Day + Work Foo + Meme

This week I got two books:

Runaways #16 (My pick of the week, just great)
Ultimate Extinction #5 (A little disappointing really, although some cool moments towards the end)

When I was first invited to LJ (back when you they had invites) I
had just recently finished rewatching some episodes of The Prisoner.
So, I considered going back to one of my old IRC names Number6, after
the main character. But of course, it was taken. After trying a
couple variations I went with newnumber6. Nothing really dramatic.
If I could do it all again I probably would have chosen something
else but I'm too lazy to try and get it changed.

I'm mostly going to be tagging new friends since I already know the
stories behind the names of most of my older friends. I have to
tag 9, it seems (6 is not a letter so it doesn't count):

My user name came from my friends and I goofying around calling each other different names. Like when someone would ask what we were doing that night we'd say "The Chickiboos are having a meeting tonight." or something crafty and oh so teenage stupid like that.

One night I just happened to say "Me and my ba chickas are going out." and so I sort of combined the words bachicka." We started referring to each other as such.

I was a French student and hadn't had a lick of Spanish, and for some reason I thought that "ba" was the spanish word for my. Yeah, stupid I know...

But that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
