New Comic Day + Work Foo + Walking

This week I got 3 books:
Birds of Prey #96 (good, some nice character work in the beginning)
Civil War: Young Avengers & Runaways #1 (fun, but doesn't quite live up to either original book yet, and the timing's a bit poor)
Daredevil #87 (my Pick of the Week)
Full reviews at my comic reviews site for anyone interested.
Hot pastrami sandwich with mustard for lunch.
Walk foo! Mostly the same route, with some variations. More shady path. Avoided passing by the ninjitsu dojo because ninjas might jump out and strike at any time. Unfortunately I walked by a cemetary, which means I lost all my cows! Damnit. Also passed by a bar called Fiddler's Green, which of course made me think of
fiddlersgreen, who also walks to and from work. If he passes a place called 'New Number 6' on the way, something spooky is going on.
Work was bleh. Tiring, more stuff than usual, a bit late, and the driver had a 'helper' with him. Normally that's good, and means we get done quicker but this time the helper was a reasonably attractive woman. Which coincidentally meant that the driver, her, the baker, and the store manager all decided to have an extended conversation. So there were long periods where I was the only one doing any work at all because they were all chatting. Meh.
