I know! Walking to work this morning I was sort of toying with plotting out a crossover story where it was revealed that sometime shortly after the end of Roswell, Izzie lost her powers (maybe swapping some of her DNA with Liz?) and using a forged identity went on to try and have a normal life and go to medical school - only Max and Liz track her down because their ALIEN BABY is sick and needs surgery (for some reason the heal-touch doesn't work on it). But since Izzie isn't a surgeon anymore, as of the last GA ep, she needs to recruit her roommates to help her get access to surgical stuff.
For an added pun, the Alien Baby looks like a Roswell Grey. Then the title "Roswell Grey's Anatomy" becomes the title of it. ;)
