New Comic Day + Other Foo

Just one book for me this week:
X-Men: Phoenix Warsong #3 (Some interesting stuff going on, a bit
scattered plotwise, but still liking it)
Full reviews up as usual at my comic reviews site for anyone interested.
Also picked up Olympios by Dan Simmons (sequel to Illium, which I haven't yet read, but Olympius just came out in Paperback last month, is still on the 'new releases' shelf for SF, and I found it in a used bookstore for less than half price, score! Couldn't resist) and in the 'last chance' bin, Worlds that Weren't, a collection of four alternate history novellas by various authors who do that sort of thing, for $4.
I should do a full Book Foo in the near future, also.
For lunch I had a hot cappocolo sandwich. Work was okay. Learned the truck driver'll be switching off that run at the end of the month, so I guess the changeup has started again. Too bad, I like all the drivers I work with. Dunno if all of them are being changed, but there's a chance of it at least.
Lessee, did the full walk, eschewing the bus home once again. Thoughts while walking ranged from rpgs to story ideas and the occasional depressive thought loop that I tried to cut off with random daydreaming before they got too bad.
