They're modrons, a Dungeons and Dragons race living in one of the Outer Planes (specifically, Mechanus, the plane of Ultimate Law, untainted by good or evil), from the Planescape campaign setting. Some are from game books, some from some kind of poster, and the last is from the art in Planescape Torment.
