New Comic Day

This week I got one book:
NYX: No Way Home #4 (not bad, like the guest star)
Full reviews as usual at my comic reviews site for anyone interested.
Forgot X-Infernus was going to be out this week... don't know if I would have picked it up (it's Cebulski who has never done anything for me writing-wise, which makes it worse that he seems to latch on to most of my favorite characters), but I'd at least have given it a look. Maybe next week. Did pick up the previews for the 'classified' Dark Reign books and... meh. I'd seen speculation on what looks like the general outcome is, and none of the solicits really interest me more than a little. Hell, most of them didn't look like they even needed to be classified as they're very vague.
At the used bookstore, I picked up a copy of "The Parable of the Talents", by Octavia Butler, because it's a Nebula winner, so I'll have to read it eventually to meet my goal of having read every Hugo or Nebula award winning novel.
So today I heard a phrase I would never have expected to hear: "Come smell my truck." No, no context for you.
