Holy batdreams batman!
Sep. 19th, 2003 10:05 amOdd, had two dreams involving Batman. Though, I'm pretty sure the second one was mostly because after the first one I repeated the first one's events to myself in bed as much as I could to try to remember it when I woke up.
Anyway, the first was kinda odd because the bat connection could well have been irrelevant. Basically, the story was that me and a couple people were sort of stuck in an out of the way woodsy cottage because of weird weather conditions. Among the people there were Batman and Batgirl. Batman left at some point early on to try to make his way to some other area, and the rest of us stayed there. Flashforward to some months later, the weather's still boxed us in in the cottage, and people have started 'hooking up... and apparently I was engaged to batgirl. We heard on the news that the weather would be clearing up next week, but we decided (for some reason I can't remember) to try and make it out a week early... so, we braved the weather and went out and followed the path, and just as we got to a second cottage, we met up with Batman. That's about where I woke up.
The second was more story-based, I wasn't even involved. Basically, it was the plot of a batman comic, movie, or tv episode, don't know which. It was sort ofa 'deceive the readers/viewers'... since the story revolved around someone investigating a house on Wayne property, and discovering evidence that a young boy named Bruce killed his parents and faked their deaths in order to get their fortune. The police investigated it but it was covered up, and these were records that were related to it. I guess the idea was that the audience would think batman might be a killer and was covering it up. As it turnedout, it wasn't evena bout Bruce Wayne, it was about some other millionare bruce (say, Bruce Johnson, though the name never appeared), and it was something being investigated.
Hey, I never said they were _interesting_ ones. :)
