Apartment Hunt: The Epilogue

newnumber6So, today we signed the lease and handed over first/last month rent. I won't be moving _right_ yet, need some help and want to wait until phone/cable/cable internet are set up, and we have a hub.
But, it's official. I have my copy of the keys, and I have added them to my manly keychain. (It is a manly keychain because in order to add or remove keys, you have to _BEND METAL_. I used pliers).
Been doing some measuring and, contrary to my earlier expectations, I think I'll be able to get much of my stuff in there. Well, my furniture stuff. By prior agreement a lot of my books are likely to go into the 'living room'.
Soon I will buy a new TV and maybe a GIANT KILLER LASER for the roof. Oh wait, don't think we have roof access. Ah well, windows'll do.
