Care package..

newnumber6So, my Mom sent us a package from Afghanistan... mostly not local stuff, just stuff they sell in the... I'm blanking on the name. Sorta a store for military people. I used to know this junk off by heart. ;)
Anyway, among the more interesting things was a keychain with a pretty red light on it, which I've attached to my keychain, and two silver bracelets, one for my brother and one for me. My brother took a gothy one with ominous skulls on it, so that left me with this one with two dragons fighting over a ring.
Now, I'm not particularly a bracelet person. I doubt I'd ever wear it outside. But I'm wearing it now. Why?
On the off chance it'll provide me with magical powers.
Nothing yet, I'm afraid, but I'm gonna keep trying.
