Just had a nifty dream (yes, I was having a mid-day nap, sue me). I think I was trying to rescue somebody, though it shifted back and forth so I may have been just watching like it was a TV show at times too. At any rate, this person had (maybe invented) an ultra-tech device called a 'context switcher'. Which allowed your imagination to rewrite the situation on the fly to a limited degree (although I don't think you could actually edit yourself if you were using it). So, as we were escaping, the person who had it 'context switched' so that I was a heavyweight boxer fighting the guards, who were weaker boxers. Throughout the switch I guess everyone kept their own minds. Then, while we were looking for a way out and getting surrounded, s/he (don't remember, I think maybe she, there was someone else with us and at least one person in the group of us was female) context-switched again so I had super-strength and could punch down the walls. Finally, we got out of the facility, but people with guns were chasing us and we were on the edge of a cliff with nowhere to go, so she context-switched such that we were in a fantasy world, and I was a giant eagle. I guess this meant the people with gunsno longer had guns since that wouldn't work in the context. Anyway, I grabbed the two in my claws and flew them over the cliff and to safety. There was a bit more, but not much interesting to relate before I woke up. (And fell asleep again and had a rather dull dream about doing laundry that I won't relate)
