newnumber6Febrary 29th only happens once every four years. Every other year, the day doesn't exist. If this day was wiped out, that is, if at midnight Saturday February 28th, you suddenly jumped ahead to Monday, March 1st, would anything major have changed? Would you have lost anything important, for good or for ill?
For me, not really. I'd have lost a day's work, and a little bit of conversation, but that's about it. Not like the Oscars mean anything to me, and all other TV sucks on Oscar night.
If everything else was 'lost' with me, I'd have lost half an episode of stargate which I was taping from 11:30pm to 12:30am, but the episode wasn't all that great anyway.
