It's not the gummy that's sour, IIRC, it's the 'sugar'-like topping.
Except... I can think of a sugar-like chemical that makes things sweet (sugar, natch)... but I can't off hand think of a sugar-like chemical that makes things super sour. So what exactly is it that's making it sour? And can you buy it in bulk? ;)
