Ow, my teeth!

newnumber6So, did work, got home, settled in to try and sleep. Got about an hour of decent Zs, but then woke up... to my teeth hurting.
This happens - I have no idea why - from time to time, after work. Only after work, mind you. I never get this any other time, but after work, sometimes my teeth just ache, throb - not any particular teeth, just the whole jaw area almost. I wish I could figure out what causes it.
They settled down after about another hour or so of semi-pain, semi-consciousness, and I was a ble to get to sleep again, but bah. (They still twinge just a bit, but only once in a while)
