Second night this week that I feel like I didn't get to sleep. Now, I probably did get to sleep. But for me the perception of sleep is as, if not more, important than sleep itself. I had no awareness of falling asleep or waking up again. No memory of dreams. I just have a knowledge of a long stretch of 'being awake'. No sensation at at any time that my level of wakefulness had changed. Bah.
