newnumber6Back in this post I did a meme where I make a list of 15 characters, and keep it to myself, and then solicit people on my friends list for wacky questions, without them knowing the characters. So, I figured I've gotten all the responses I'm going to get on it, I'll post the results...
(Although if you do want to ask any questions, knowing what the characters are, I'll answer those too, in comments).
First, the list of 15 (tv, comic, and book characters):

15 (Ender Wiggin), 11 (Gert Yorkes), and 6 (Number 6) go on a road trip. What car do they take? Where do they go? Do they have fun?
I can't imagine the three of them voluntarily getting together to go on a road trip together. I mean, Number 6 is a individualistic superspy, Ender's a super-intelligent kid, Gert Yorkes distrusts adults and dislikes the antics of kids. Ender's best skill is empathizing and inspiring loyalty, while neither of the other two would be particularly keen on being led. I'd imagine there'd have to be some scenario behind it, something like this: Ender Wiggin has somehow escaped, but governments all over the world want him to run the strategy for their military campaigns. To that end, 6 (pre-Village, so really he'd be John Drake. And yes, I know, it's not canon, but it tickles me to imagine that) is sent out to find him. However, he's lucked out and run into Gert Yorkes while she's out on a food run. Though she dislikes kids, she knows the government will use him and abuse him so she decides to help him out. So she, her dinosaur pet Old Lace, and Ender would be driving off looking for somewhere safe, probably in the Leapfrog (or maybe Chase's van, depending on the timeline) while 6 is tracking them in his cool tiny car you see in the beginning of the Prisoner series. She can't take him back to the Hostel, so she leads him out into the California desert, where when they finally run out of gas, they confront each other and Ender manages to convince 6 to let him go free and help them fight off the other spies after them. Then 6 goes back to England and resigns and they send him to the Village to find out why.
And no, it's not fun for anyone.
It occurs to me that despite the characters coming from three different time periods (60s, 'present', and far future) and, presumably, different universes, Gert could possibly connect all three characters in a plausible way if she could get her parents' time machine working. But that would require a much more involved story than I'm interested in writing for a meme.
13 (Scuzz), 10 (Boomer), 9 (Grainger), 4 (Malcolm Reynolds) and 2 (Dominar Rygel) dress up like characters from ScoobyDoo. Who dresses up like Fred, Velma, Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby?
Well, aside from the fact that none of them (save perhaps Malcolm Reynolds) would do any such dressing up, if they were forced, here's how it'd break down...
Fred - Malcolm Reynolds. Because he's the Captain, and likes mackin' on the ladies and fighting ghosts/Reavers. Plus he's eye-candy but not terribly bright with the plans.
Daphne - Boomer. Because her main role's to get in trouble.
Velma - Star Pilot Grainger. Despite the gender-bending, he'd be the one who actually solves the mystery, being the brains of the lot.
Shaggy - Scuzz. Because his clothes are all disheveled and if any of the lot would be a heavy weed smoker like Shaggy, it'd be Scuzz (although technically his powers probably wouldn't let him get high, and DP7 was approved by the comics code so he wouldn't). Only downside is that Scuzz's a little too brave to be Shaggy.
Scooby - Rygel, obviously. He's the right size, cowardly, and would always be craving the Scooby Snacks.
1 (Daniel Jackson), 3 (Faith), and 14 (Veronica Mars) are on American Idol- who comes in first, secnd and third?
Hmmm.. I don't think I've heard any of them sing, but I'd imagine it'd break down like this:
3rd place: Daniel Jackson. I can't picture the character with a good singing voice (the actor, perhaps, but the character strikes me as too geeky to work on his singing much).
2nd place: Veronica Mars. I actually think she'd have the best voice of the lot, but because American Idol is all about voting, she would come in second because not as many people like her.
1st place: Faith. She's got a deep husky voice and the pure sex appeal going for her.

Hmmm... well, 6 or Daniel and Gert would just be ew, since she's like 15, and Gert and Scuzz would be painful considering he burns everything he touches... and those are really the only options since I don't do slash. But let's say Gert got Nico to cast a depower spell on Scuzz or used some futuretech on Scuzz so his powers turned off (or it's set post The Cure), it'd be Gert and Scuzz, he's a little Chase like in his way so it almost makes sense. Daniel would have to be the one who walks in on them and is all embarassed.
Number 6 is the superspy and so he would be hiding and taking photos of the whole affair.
3 (Faith), 4 (Malcolm Reynolds) and 7 (George Lass) work in a supermarket. Who yells at customers? Who abuses the facilities and how? Who rearranges the stock to spell something rude?
Faith would absolutely yell at the customers, and spelling something rude with the stock seems to fit George's style. So I'd guess Malcolm would be the one to abuse the facilities, probably because, being on a ship, he hasn't had access to this much fresh food in forever, so he gorged himself and then... well, the facilities got mightily abused, and woe be to anyone who had to do the cleaning. Unfortunately for Faith and George, Malcolm Reynolds would probably be in charge, so they'd be stuck with it. 'This is my store, and you either do what I say or get out.'

Hmmm.. that's a tough one. I'd give the edge to Malcolm Reynolds, because 6 typically doesn't even carry a gun, and Mal would just shoot him. If it came down to hand to hand, 6 might win (formal training), but then he never seemed to be able to fight off the Village security or Rover.
Which other character on the list is #8 (Christina) most like?
Hmmmm... no one's _really_ close, but there are a couple that are near... Batgirl shares her being very good at her job and not terribly good social skills.

Star Pilot Grainger also has the 'very good at his job', arrogance and cynicism, so I'll go with him.
#5 (Batgirl/Cassandra Cain) and #7 (George Lass) switch universes. How well do both cope?
Hmmm... well, George Lass is immortal, being a reaper and all, so she'd probably do fairly well. Assuming a similar 'grim reaper' agency existed in the DC universe (and I have no idea, but let's pretend) she'd just keep doing her job, except now have to deal with the possibility of her reaps coming back again and again. But she'd make fun of the superheroes.
Batgirl on the other hand, would probably be lost in George's world, since they don't have costumes and such... people would probably try to lock her up or she'd end up homeless. Maybe eventually she'd get her bearing, but it'd be a lot harder.
And I was bored so I went looking for other people's memes and saw what questions they got asked (if you want some questions to pad out your own version of this meme, feel free to snag them)...

I can't see the business being successful. If Rygel came in while it was busy, he'd zoom over to the front of the line and demand to be served first, because he is a Dominar.
Gert would be all 'whatever' and Scuzz would insult him. In fact, that'd probably be how they treat all their customers, which is why they wouldn't have many for long and not be successful.
Gert's dinosaur would eat into a lot of their profits too.
If numbers 4 (Malcolm Reynolds), 9 (Star Pilot Grainger), 10 (Boomer) and 13 (Scuzz) are starring in a movie, what would the name and premise be
Hey, except for Scuzz, they're all SF characters in spacebound series, so that works. The title would be: Escape Velocity, because SF movies almost always have crappy titles.
Mal would be Captain, Grainger would be the pilot, Boomer would be the robot sleeper agent, and Scuzz would be the genetically engineered human with acidic skin.
They're all on the run from an oppressive government which is made up entirely of robots that look human and want to 'protect' humans from themselves. Which means ruling over all their actions. But they discover a biological mystery that may shakeup the entire galaxy. Well, Star Pilot Grainger does, because he's the only one smart enough to notice it and know what it means.
If 7 (George Lass) were to dye their hair an outrageous colour (ie. bright pink or orange), what colour would they choose?
Hmmm.. I don't know. Maybe bright red? Can't really picture her dying her hair outrageously. Reapers are supposed to live on the periphery and not be noticed.
If 7 (George Lass) & 13 (Scuzz) were both drowning and you could only save one, who would you save?
Scuzz, because George Lass is a reaper and thus immortal. People who are immortal are about the only people on my list I'd save Scuzz over, actually.
If 6 (Number 6) and 10 (Boomer) were going to rob a bank, who would be most likely to get caught?
Boomer. Because 6 knows a whole bunch of superspy tricks. Then again, Boomer might be able to convince people she was just a pawn and forced to help.
The fans are demanding that 3 (Faith), 6 (Number6), and 10 (Boomer) each get their own spinoffs - or there will be RIOTS! However, there's only one timeslot available and it's for a half-hour sitcom. What premise do TPTB use to get these three characters on one show? What's the title?
Stakes, Spies, and Circuits: The three are all on the run from the law/evil government projects and have to share a safehouse. The twist is... none of them knows the others are on the run, or for why. So they have to constantly try to get the other one to go out for groceries, or answer the door, etc.
But they do have to go out sometimes... Faith has to fight vampires, 6 to try and fight back against the government, and Boomer to get various robot refueling stuff (yeah I know Cylons don't require anything more than humans, but work with me here)
If 2 (Dominar Rygel), 6 (Number 6), 11 (Gert Yorkes) and 14 (Veronica Mars) were a group of superheroes (like the Fantastic Four) what would their superpowers be, and what would they be named (as a group and/or as individuals).
Rygel/Sparky: Flight and the ability to eat anything he can cram in his mouth
Number 6/Shadow: Blend into his surroundings
Gert Yorkes/Arsenic: Telepathic connection with her pet dinosaur, Old Lace (this is already canon)
Veronica Mars/Snoop: Telepathic connection to the internet, which she cleverly uses to her advantage by setting up wirelessly connected microphones and such to monitor.
They'll call themselves the Rebel Alliance. Because I suck at coming up with names.
There's a game of Capture the Flag with the even numbers against the odds. (#15 referees or takes the place of the first injury)

2. Hmmm... I'd have to say Evens. Not only do they have the Gunslinger on their side, they've got Number 6 who has the spy skills, Veronica Mars who could probably plot out great distractions and tricks, and Rygel, who can fly over everybody and just plain cheats whenever the opportunity presents itself.
3. Who wouldn't? I'd say Number Six would be the most likely to because he's from the 60s. Faith might also.
4. 'Damn, lost a shoe'?
5. Veronica Mars dies. I don't want it to happen, but if George 'accidentally groped' her, it was probably because she was taking her soul. And that means a tragic accident would claim the life of Veronica Mars. And I would be sad. :(
6. Faith, hopefully, and possibly. More likely Malcolm Reynolds. He'll take any opportunity.
7. 'Might as well just go barefoot'?
What song would describe the potential relationship between 2 (Rygel) and 7 (George Lass)?
... I don't even want to imagine a potential relationship between them, much less a song about one.
1 (Daniel Jackson) is starting a crack commando unit turned renegade(like the A-Team), helping the helpless etc. Joining him/her are 3 (Faith), 6 (Number 6), 7 (George Lass), 9 (Grainger), and 10 (Boomer). What are their specialties? Who is the loose cannon? Who is the double agent?
Faith's the loose cannon, and Boomer's the double agent. Those are pretty obvious.
Specialties:
Daniel Jackson: Aliens, translating ancient lagnuages of all types.
Faith: Vampires, supernatural
Six: Covert ops
Grainger: Biological mysteries, piloting the vehicle
Boomer: Robots, Cylons, AI
George Lass: Doesn't really have a specialty, she just tags along to 'reap' the people who inevitably die during the course of the missions.
#2 (Rygel) and 15 (Ender) are running against each other in an election. Who would get your vote? What would their platforms be?
Let see, Rygel would probably be something along the lines of 'Elect me and I will rule you like a king, as you were intended to be ruled!' whereas Ender would try to avoid politics but be dragged into it anyway and rule intelligently. Ender would have my vote.
3 (Faith) and 5 (Batgirl) are playing chicken. The cars speed toward each other. Tires squeal. Dust churns. Who flinches first?
Hmmm... tough call. I'd think Cassandra would flinch first because she's more responsible than Faith. Although she could read in the body language if Faith was going to flinch and press on.
Would 6 (Number Six) look good with "the Rachel" haircut?
Eegads, no.
10 (Boomer), 12 (Roland), and 15 (Ender) are climbing a glacier roped together, when 15 missteps and falls into a crevasse, dangling helplessly by the rope. Do 10 and 12 risk their own lives to haul 15 out, or do they just cut the rope and not look back?
Wow. Depends on where in Roland's story it takes place. I'd think if he was after the Tower and it was early on, he'd let the kid fall... and of course, Ender would yell, "Go then, there are other worlds than these" and show up later on in the quest. Boomer would probably go along with it to a degree but might try to help too.
Hey 9 (Grainger)! Would you rather make out with Natalie Portman or Hugh Laurie?
His sexuality isn't strongly addressed in the series as far as I can recall... he's the narrator of the story and doesn't ever seem particularly attracted to anyone. But I think he's straight (since he refused to let himself think of the alien mind sharing his thoughts as a female, lest it lead to connotations), so I'd assume Natalie Portman is more appealing.
How does 4 (Malcolm Reynolds) dance?
Well, go see Shindig or Our Mrs. Reynolds. He does know one formal dance, and a sort of folksy dancing style. If it was to modern music... I picture Mal doing Angel's imaginary dance.

Of course she cares. She's probably set out on a quest to solve the mystery of who started the fire. It would take about a year, during which time she helps a bunch of people in her high school with other problems.

All of the ladies, none of the men.
If 7 (George Lass) had to obey all of 2 (Rygel)'s orders, what would 2 order him/her to do?
Oh, he'd order her about mercilessly, to bring him food, alcohol, women.

Batgirl goes hunting for food and water. Christina and Number 6 go off in the bushes together but he spends most of his time trying to find his way off the island. I don't think any of them would get eaten first. Maybe Gert, since she'd probably be the slowest runner.

Boomer. Because 6 knows a whole bunch of superspy tricks. Then again, Boomer might be able to convince people she was just a pawn and forced to help.
The fans are demanding that 3 (Faith), 6 (Number6), and 10 (Boomer) each get their own spinoffs - or there will be RIOTS! However, there's only one timeslot available and it's for a half-hour sitcom. What premise do TPTB use to get these three characters on one show? What's the title?
Stakes, Spies, and Circuits: The three are all on the run from the law/evil government projects and have to share a safehouse. The twist is... none of them knows the others are on the run, or for why. So they have to constantly try to get the other one to go out for groceries, or answer the door, etc.
But they do have to go out sometimes... Faith has to fight vampires, 6 to try and fight back against the government, and Boomer to get various robot refueling stuff (yeah I know Cylons don't require anything more than humans, but work with me here)
If 2 (Dominar Rygel), 6 (Number 6), 11 (Gert Yorkes) and 14 (Veronica Mars) were a group of superheroes (like the Fantastic Four) what would their superpowers be, and what would they be named (as a group and/or as individuals).
Rygel/Sparky: Flight and the ability to eat anything he can cram in his mouth
Number 6/Shadow: Blend into his surroundings
Gert Yorkes/Arsenic: Telepathic connection with her pet dinosaur, Old Lace (this is already canon)
Veronica Mars/Snoop: Telepathic connection to the internet, which she cleverly uses to her advantage by setting up wirelessly connected microphones and such to monitor.
They'll call themselves the Rebel Alliance. Because I suck at coming up with names.

2. Hmmm... I'd have to say Evens. Not only do they have the Gunslinger on their side, they've got Number 6 who has the spy skills, Veronica Mars who could probably plot out great distractions and tricks, and Rygel, who can fly over everybody and just plain cheats whenever the opportunity presents itself.
3. Who wouldn't? I'd say Number Six would be the most likely to because he's from the 60s. Faith might also.

5. Veronica Mars dies. I don't want it to happen, but if George 'accidentally groped' her, it was probably because she was taking her soul. And that means a tragic accident would claim the life of Veronica Mars. And I would be sad. :(
6. Faith, hopefully, and possibly. More likely Malcolm Reynolds. He'll take any opportunity.

1 (Daniel Jackson) is starting a crack commando unit turned renegade(like the A-Team), helping the helpless etc. Joining him/her are 3 (Faith), 6 (Number 6), 7 (George Lass), 9 (Grainger), and 10 (Boomer). What are their specialties? Who is the loose cannon? Who is the double agent?
Faith's the loose cannon, and Boomer's the double agent. Those are pretty obvious.
Specialties:
Daniel Jackson: Aliens, translating ancient lagnuages of all types.
Faith: Vampires, supernatural
Six: Covert ops
Grainger: Biological mysteries, piloting the vehicle
Boomer: Robots, Cylons, AI
George Lass: Doesn't really have a specialty, she just tags along to 'reap' the people who inevitably die during the course of the missions.
#2 (Rygel) and 15 (Ender) are running against each other in an election. Who would get your vote? What would their platforms be?
Let see, Rygel would probably be something along the lines of 'Elect me and I will rule you like a king, as you were intended to be ruled!' whereas Ender would try to avoid politics but be dragged into it anyway and rule intelligently. Ender would have my vote.
3 (Faith) and 5 (Batgirl) are playing chicken. The cars speed toward each other. Tires squeal. Dust churns. Who flinches first?
Hmmm... tough call. I'd think Cassandra would flinch first because she's more responsible than Faith. Although she could read in the body language if Faith was going to flinch and press on.
Would 6 (Number Six) look good with "the Rachel" haircut?

10 (Boomer), 12 (Roland), and 15 (Ender) are climbing a glacier roped together, when 15 missteps and falls into a crevasse, dangling helplessly by the rope. Do 10 and 12 risk their own lives to haul 15 out, or do they just cut the rope and not look back?
Wow. Depends on where in Roland's story it takes place. I'd think if he was after the Tower and it was early on, he'd let the kid fall... and of course, Ender would yell, "Go then, there are other worlds than these" and show up later on in the quest. Boomer would probably go along with it to a degree but might try to help too.
Hey 9 (Grainger)! Would you rather make out with Natalie Portman or Hugh Laurie?
His sexuality isn't strongly addressed in the series as far as I can recall... he's the narrator of the story and doesn't ever seem particularly attracted to anyone. But I think he's straight (since he refused to let himself think of the alien mind sharing his thoughts as a female, lest it lead to connotations), so I'd assume Natalie Portman is more appealing.
How does 4 (Malcolm Reynolds) dance?
Well, go see Shindig or Our Mrs. Reynolds. He does know one formal dance, and a sort of folksy dancing style. If it was to modern music... I picture Mal doing Angel's imaginary dance.
1 (Daniel Jackson) is hideously disfigured in a fire. Does 14 (Veronica Mars) care?
Of course she cares. She's probably set out on a quest to solve the mystery of who started the fire. It would take about a year, during which time she helps a bunch of people in her high school with other problems.
Which of the other list members would 2 (Dominar Rygel) invite to an orgy?

If 7 (George Lass) had to obey all of 2 (Rygel)'s orders, what would 2 order him/her to do?
Oh, he'd order her about mercilessly, to bring him food, alcohol, women.
5 (Batgirl), 6 (Number 6), 8 (Christina), 11 (Gert Yorkes), and 13(Scuzz) are trapped on a desert island together. Who goes hunting for food and fresh water? Who sneaks off into the bushes together? Who gets eaten first?
Batgirl goes hunting for food and water. Christina and Number 6 go off in the bushes together but he spends most of his time trying to find his way off the island. I don't think any of them would get eaten first. Maybe Gert, since she'd probably be the slowest runner.
