Apr. 4th, 2004 07:58 amSo yeah, back hurts a bit again from sleeping wrong, work didn't help much but ah well, it's lighter than usual.
The whole losing an hour sleep thing really bugged me though, especially since it meant the other people I needed to get started working with were late. (Though at least it did mean I had a chance for a pleasant chat with one of the girls who works there who also goes to my university. All school related pretty much but hey, take human contact where you can get it, right? :))
I still think I may need a nap though.
After discovering a jar of congealed/crystallized honey in the cupboard, I have decided to perform my own experiment on the health effects of honey, and am going to have a spoonfull of it every day. It's supposed to help with various things, depending on who you listen to, but hey, even a placebo effect can be welcome. :)
