So, last night, I had a variation on one of my common dreams (actually, it's one that often leads to a lucid dream, but not in this case).
I was walking, walking home from something or other. And for some reason I took a step and my other foot left the ground before my first one set down, except somehow I didn't land right away, I sort of slowly drifted to the ground. So, experimenting like this, I jumped a few more times and found I could control my descent somewhat.
Since I was wearing a long coat in the dream, I clutched the edges of it and spread it out, and jumped again, and that somehow made it function like a glider, so instead of just falling, I could actually rise and remain steady and sort of fly. It was actually quite nifty.
