newnumber6Well, I now at least have a telephone line, which means I can go on dialup a little more regularly until the full internet gets setup.
It's damn hot today, and annoying. Summer's gonna suck. ;)
Still, I've made a bit more progress in making the room 'mine'... put up my 'colored balls of glass' knicknack thingie, and my X2 poster (a cool one with X in cerebro in the middle and basically all the rest of the cass surrounding him)
At the same time, I still feel a bit like a guest... which I think will probably be the case no matter what. I was just meant to be alone. ;).
Anyway, settling in fairly well, aside from the heat no major problems.

Date: 2004-05-11 02:11 pm (UTC)Anyway, today's not so bad, but yesterday was rather hot, was 24 or so, and being on the top floor and in my room at least a window on the roof that the sun comes right through contributed to it being a bit hotter.
I'd rather it be a bit too cold than a bit too hot, personally.
