You know how sometimes people on your friendslist post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when were they working THERE? Since when were they dating HIM/HER? Since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you should already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

Please copy the topics below, erase my answers and put yours in their place, and then post it in your journal! Please elaborate on the questions that would benefit from elaboration. One-Word-Answers seldom help anyone out.

1. First Name: Nothing personal, I just don't like giving my name out. It's not that hard to find out from what I do give out, I just prefer not to use it in the journal at all. So you can call me Six for short, if you need to call me something for short.

2. Age: 31. Man, I'm starting to feel old. Luckily, I'm still very immature. And do look relatively young, except for my soulless eyes.

3. Location: Toronto, Canada. I rather like it.

4. Occupation: I work part time three days a week in a job that's basically manual labour, but pays me enough to meet my needs, which aren't all that extensive.
I'm theoretically attempting to become a published writer of SF, though I haven't sent anything off to attempt to sell in a while. Once in a rare while I manage to make a little money off the net in one way or the other.

5. Partner?: None. I'm a loner and unlikely to change that. Not out of choice, merely circumstance.

6. Kids: None that I know of... but having those that I don't know of would be a remarkable discovery and probably involve some big conspiracy.

7. Brothers/Sisters: I have a brother, who I live with (along with his commonlaw wife, who I guess would be a sister in law), and several stepsiblings (one sister, 3 brothers) that I'm not especially close to.

8. Pets: I share the apartment with two black cats. They're technically the roommates. One was theirs long before we started sharing an apartment, and just sort of tolerates me. The other we got as a kitten a couple years ago and is more accustomed to me, deliberately coming to me for scritches on a regular basis.

9. List the 3-5 biggest things going on in your life:
(a) Trying to get back on the horse for writing and sending my fiction off and attempting to sell it.
(b) Attempting to spontaneously develop super-powers.
(c) Keep flying. It's not much, but it's enough.

10. Parents: Two parents, two stepparents. Dad lives down the street from me. Mom lives across the country. They're good people, so I forgive them for screwing up my life by raising me wrong. (I kid, I kid)

11. Who are some of your closest friends? Sadly enough, aside from family, they're all online. Most are on the friendslist here. I don't really socialize very much or very well in the real world (and even with you guys it's pretty touch and go, sometimes I can be social and respond to things going on, at others I'll read almost everything but not feel I know how to respond, or respond to a response). I apologize for that.
