Well, to be honest, LJ tells me most of the birthdays (it's just on a page that's a bit out of the way), although you're probably one of a handful of people I'd remember without it... simply because it's a holiday-ish date and thus easy to remember.
Oh I know, I get those notifications too. But presumably so do most of my other LJ friends, and you're the only one to bother saying anything :\ This includes people I considered pretty good friends.

Yeah, I believe it's on the 6th... we don't really celebrate it though in my family, except as sort of a off-handed curiosity, "Did you know it's Greek Christmas" (what we call it anyway), etc, but not really doing anything special for it.
So, the holidays are all done for me, and although I enjoyed them, I'm pretty much relieved, I'm about holiday-ed out. I saw yours has been a bit stressful, and, well, I hope that's turned around a bit in the last couple days at least?
Yeah, I've never been so relieved to see the end of December. I think the holidays are getting even more stressful, as everyone insists on starting Christmas music/store displays earlier and earlier and people can't resist screaming at each over "Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays" and turning the entire season into a minefield of political crap. The older I get and the more people pull this stuff, the more I hate the holidays. So much for peace on Earth and whatever.
Things are okay now, although pretty depressing for a while. Here's to normalcy!
