So today on the news they were doing a story about people who are putting logos on themselves for money, like the woman who rented out her pregnant tummy to Golden Palace . com.

Basic enough story, but then they had this comment about how things which are weird to people at the beginning get accepted later on.

Fair enough point. Then they cut away to somebody (didn't catch who he was):

"It won't be so freakish when Leonardo DiCaprio shows up with a big Pepsi symbol in his forehead at the Oscars."

...

Uh, no. Dude. It'll STILL be freakish. ON MULTIPLE LEVELS.

Now, personally, I don't even like wearing clothes with logos on them, although at least in this case they've got the right idea - the advertisers are actually paying for the right to advertise. But I won't be surprised if they try to make it 'cool' to have logos on your face so you'll have to pay _them_. They may not be able to manage it (it's a little too weird), but I bet it's going through their greedy little minds.

I don't know off hand, but it seems to be anytime someone auctions off something silly and I hear who bought it, it's Golden Palace.
